As you all know, Michael has assigned me as the new novice coach this year and I am SOOO excited! My group consists of kids from the ages of 11-14: Riley, Tanner, Julian, Marielle, Marta, Taylor, Jill and Kaylna. These kids are just awesome and I can tell that they really love swimming. They always talk about the older kids and how they want to be able to swim in Yuri's group with them someday. It would be great if all the older kids could get to know my group because they will be swimming in the program meets very soon. Having the older kids talk to my group and give them advice will really bring up their confidence. If you ever see them, introduce yourselves. They would love to become friends with you all (some of you already have.. thanks!).
ANNNNNNNND..
I definitely miss swimming and seeing everyone everyday! There's never a day where i don't think about all you guys and how much you've made a difference my life. But I'm glad that I'm the new novice coach and have the privilege to coach these awesome kids. I really do hope that someday they become as great swimmers and people that you all are today. I hope you guys are taking off tons of time and having the time of your lives. You guys totally deserve it!
